How to adjust speed on a Chamberlain garage door opener?

To adjust the speed setting of the Chamberlain garage door opener, use the buttons on the back of the device. They are located under the lens cover.

1. Close/lower the garage door.
2. Press and hold the rectangular button between the ‘⇧’ and ‘⇩’ buttons. The ‘⇧’ Button should start flashing.
3. Press and hold the ‘⇧’ button until the door reaches the desired position.
4. When the door is in the open position, quick-press the adjustment button, and the LED of the opener should blink twice. The ‘⇩’ button should also start blinking.
5. Press the ‘⇩’ button. Hold it down until the garage door closes.
6. Press and hold the adjustment button again when the garage door is closed. The opener light should flash twice. The ‘⇧’ button should also start flashing.
7. Quick-press the ‘⇧’ button. The garage door will open to the position you programmed. The ‘⇩’ button will start flashing.
8. Press the ‘⇩’ button. The garage door will close to the position you programmed.
